According to the regular weather bulletin from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), mild cold wave may continue for two to three more days.

Low-income people are seen buying warm clothes from vendors in the Noyar Hat area of Saver, Dhaka on Sunday.

The lowest temperature in the country today was recorded at 8.5 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur while the highest temperature was recorded at 26.8 degrees Celsius in Teknaf, reads the bulletin.

Temperatures 8-10 degrees Celsius is considered a mild cold wave, 6 to 8 degrees Celsius a moderate cold wave, and less than 6 degrees Celsius a severe cold wave.
